Return and Refund Policy

At Laura's Natural Soaps, we take pride in creating handcrafted artisan soaps in small batches. Due to the personal care and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds for artisan soaps or related personal care items once an order has been placed.

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Personal scent or texture preference

• Skin sensitivity or individual reaction

• Minor variations in color, shape, design, or scent

• Items ordered incorrectly by the customer

Because our soaps are handmade, slight variations from batch to batch are natural and are not considered defects.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at laura.becerra@sbcglobal.net. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.

Please read all product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or questions about ingredients, contact us before placing your order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped, except where required by applicable law.
